1.1. Privacy policy applies to the Users of the Estonian spa association website. Our company processes your personal information only to provide you with services (reservation of spa packages or newsletter subscription). Data collection Data collection upon filling spa package reservation forms
1.2 Data provided by the Clients on spa package reservation forms is categorised as either required or optional information.
1.3 Clients are required to provide the following information:
1.3.1 Name ― required to complete and confirm bookings;
1.3.2 Email address ― required to complete and confirm bookings and, if necessary, to submit invoices;
1.3.3 Country – required to complete and confirm bookings.
Data collection upon newsletter subscriptions
1.4 Clients are required to provide the following information:
1.4.1 Email address and name – required for newsletter subscription.
1.5. The client gives his or her consent to use his or her contact data for the purposes of direct marketing, meaning that he or she is sent direct marketing-related communication by using his or her contact information.
1.6. Clients can at any time opt out of such communication. Opt out instructions are provided with all commercial communication.
1.7. The authorized controller of the Client’s data is Estonian spa association, Registry code 80002119, located at Sadama 9/11 90502 Haapsalu, Estonia
Data storage period
1.8. Estonian spa association shall store the data for as long as it is needed to achieve the purpose of the use of data or when the statutory limitation period is over and the document storage period provided by law has come to an end (seven years as set out in the Value Added Tax Act and Accounting Act).
Client’s rights regarding use of data
1.9. The Subscriber has the right to receive information from Estonian spa association about the use of their data pursuant to the procedure and extent provided for in legislation;
1.10. the Subscriber has the right to ask Estonian spa association to stop using their data and to correct, close or delete their data;
1.11. the Subscriber has the right to agree to or forbid the use of their data for direct marketing or commercial purposes;
1.12. the Subscriber has the right to turn to the Data Protection Inspectorate and court to protect their rights.
